Description
This altimeter shows the height by means of the classic 1-pointer system, but performs the measurement using electronic sensors.
The advantages are clear: Greater precision and stability of the reading, lower weight and start-up self-test. As a drawback, it must be powered, so it will not work in the event of a power failure.
The instrument is mounted in a standard 57mm altimeter hole and is secured by 4 6/32 screws (supplied). The corresponding nuts are recessed into the instrument, which greatly facilitates installation.
